The hotel was very clean and efficient. The location was great, it was conveniently close to key attractions. they are trying to be more friendly, which is a step in the right direction.
We found that the service was lacking. It was difficult to communicate with the staff as they did not speak English well.

Our recent city break in the East of Germany was a pleasant surprise. the hotel was very clean and efficient, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Its key location was a plus, with easy access to public transport and attractions. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with a great variety of options to choose from.
We did notice a lack of tourism awareness in the area. Some restaurants and cafes did not offer English menus and there were instances where locals were served before us, even though we had arrived earlier.
